My phone number is still not switched over?? 18 hours is this normal. I really need my phone!

If it's taking too long then contact 48 support as the FAQ says:
I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

If the transfer is taking too long it could be because your current carrier has blocked the transfer. If you contact 48 support using the link in my signiture they should be able to tell you the specifics. It could be because you are still in contract with your previous carrier or your details do not match the details you curent carrier has.
