I can only assume your a fledgling to 48 months, so I think it would be best to drop a  48 smart link for your attention here, in short however 48 is a prepay service - not bill pay.

As above - 48 is prepay/membership based only. There is no bill pay. The only place you should see bill pay mentioned is in the porting form which asks what sort of contract you have with your old operator when you are porting a number over to 48:
