Hi sir two days ago I active my sim card and I purchased one month plan but it's not working I mean tiktok and youtube all app us not working

Your posts aren't really that clear.

What exactly is/isn't working? 

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to the 48 network?

If not then what happens? 

Any error messages? 

If you do have a connection to the 48 network then...

Is anything working? 

Incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts, mobile data? 

If mobile data isn't working then did you ever configure your APN settings?
