how long does it take to tranfer number over my number is there but cant buy membership

Do you mean porting a number from another carrier over to 48? 

Do you mean that your online account displays your ported number?

If so then the porting has been done.

What problem do you have when you try to buy membership?

If you cannot topup your credit balance or buy membership online then you may need use an alternative approach until this gets sorted (e.g. topup the credit balance by voucher and then buy membership/add-ons by text):

You've replied to a 12 year old thread which seems a bit odd.

You'll have to explain more clearly what you mean. 

What exactly do you mean by "I want to put my plan on it"?

If you ported your number over to 48 from another mobile provider and it's displayed on your My48 account:

then you just need to buy a membership plan as normal:
