My internet Data isn't Working

I just paid for my memembership 20 euro, and the data was working fine for a day, all of a sudden it stopped working. What can I do? Really getting frustrating now.

Check your online account - what does it say about your membership status, expiry date and data allowance?

Are your APN/internet settings correct? Go through all of the steps here:

Did you by any chance sync with iTunes or something like that that may have reset/lost your APN settings?

 

If necessary contact 48 support for assistance. See the link above that I posted for details on how to contact them.

Hi,

 

The same situation is happening to me. I transferred my number over yesterday. When I click on contact agent or follow contact care team I get an error message.

 

My APN settings match what has been laid out for my Samsung S3.

When I try and click the link to contact care support, I get the following error:

There's something wrong with the site at the moment and most or all people (including myself) cannot use the Ask an agent form at all. For now use the email address to contact support:

 

support@48months.zendesk.com
