I’m trying to purchase add-on as my data ram out before renewal data but it’s not working and I need this as my home doesn’t have internet for now

What membership plan are you on? 

The €12.99 plan comes with unlimited Irish mobile data so you shouldn't run out. 

Or are you on one of the cheaper legacy membership plans that has a limited mobile data allowance?

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status, expiry date and mobile data balance/usage? 

What happens when you try to buy an add-on?

Any error messages? 

Are calls and texts still working ok?
