Moving my number

Hi, I have registered my 48 number, and have only 2 days to move my previous number to the 48 network, but when I click on the "Move my Number" tab the message that comes up is: 
"Oops! You got an error! 
Sorry! You don't have access to this page...."

 

I don't want to loose my previous number as I have has it for years.

 

Can you advise me what to do?

this seems to be an issue that occured during the number porting process.

are you sure you followed all of the steps?

Also, are you able to receive/make calls/texts on your old number?

If not, this implies that your number is still being ported.

Try restarting your phone, removing and replacing your sim card, and resetting network settings.
If none of the above help; please contact a tech agent by using the "Ask an Agent" link below in my signature!

I can receive all calls and messages but I can't buy a membership to call back because the site says my phone number is still moving, it's been weeks, it can't be moving that long. (I tried the app but an error came up so I went to the site)
