Move Number Issue

I have a transfer in progress, and got message from 48 saying their was an issue, maybe selected wrong account type. I'm sure I selected it right, so for info number being moved is a o2, billpay number. tks

You should reply to the message from 48 support or else open a support request about this. Nobody on the forum will be able to help at this level and 48 support don't generally deal directly with stuff posted here.
