It won't let me send a text and my membership isn't up until the 22 of this month I really need my messages can you fix it please

Did this work OK before?

When did it stop working?

Presumably your SMSC setting is OK?

 

Problems sending a text

 

Have you used up your membership text allowance and need to buy a topup?

What does it say in your online account about your membership status, expiry date and text allowance?

Can you make calls?

Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current membership month?
