It won't let me move my number

Hi sorry to bother you again but I'm trying to move my number as I'm waiting on an important call it says portin but its suppose to take up to 2hrs but I have been waiting since yesterday what is the problem kind regards robert

If it's taking significantly more than two hours then contact support as it says here:

 

 

The most common causes of delay seem to be (a) not getting/entering the porting security code sent to the old SIM/number (b) entering some of the details wrong into the form (e.g. choosing billpay instead of prepay or vice versa) or (c) the old carrier blocking the number port usually because the customer is on bill pay and there are outstanding charges that need to be settled before closing the account.
