Contact the service providers for the affected accounts.

Change your passwords on any affected accounts.

Do not use simple passwords or reuse passwords across accounts.

Enable two/multi factor authentication where available.

Use passphrases where possible.

Don't engage with the messages, click any links, or take calls from anyone about this.

If you need to contact 48 support then see the links in my signature below.

Change your passwords to unique complex passwords.
