Membership paid but no internet

I paid for my Guido membership 2 days before the previous membership ran out. I'm now 2 days into the new membership but I have no internet. Browser just redirects to 48 site (only site I can access). My dashboard says my membership is active. But has zero minutes, texts and internet. What's going on?
Also, my calls and texts work fine.

What expiry date does your account display?

If you bought a new membership two days ago and your previous membership still had two days to run then the new one will have stacked until the old one has expired (possibly tonight at midnight?).

Buying a new membership does not prematurely terminate an existing one and start the new one immediately.

All memberships always run their full monthly course.

If you use up membership bundled allowances before the membership has run its full course then you may need to buy add-ons to tide you over to the end of the membership month.
