I’ve just topped up by €10 but I’ve no access to use my phone can’t make call etc can anyone help

When were you last able to make calls and send texts? 

Can you receive calls and texts?

What exactly do you mean by "topped up"?

I presume you mean cash credit top-up since there's no €10 membership plan? 

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?

You need an active membership plan in order to be able to use outgoing calls and texts and mobile data. 

Cash credit on your account doesn't give access to outgoing services.
