My membership expired yesterday (even without a notification)
There is money on my account
I cannot make a phonecall , to ask somebody to enable membership for me.
I cannot connect to internet, to enable membership either
Im in Ireland, in middle of nowhere
Stuck with no service
And support says they have no solution
This situation should not be acceptable
I should be at least allowed to make a phonecall, using credit from my account

I thought that even without any membership or data allowance you could connect to the 48 site or app to renew membership?
