When was mobile data working ok for you last?
Are your APN settings configured correctly?
If you're on Android then you can text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to make sure that they are:
Are calls and texts working ok?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments/purchase?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?
Are you on the €12.99 unlimited data plan or one of the other legacy plans with a limit in the amount of monthly data provided?
