Membership Change

The wifi is down in my house, so I wanted to change my plan from Guido (which expire early next month) to something different, that had more data, so I could stream things/use internet. 

 

However, I didn't realize that the new membership (Mitch) would not be added until the current membership had run its course. Is there any way to change this? As I would only want to use the mitch now, and would not like it next month as I would need more texts than that. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no way to have a new membership start before the current one has expired.
You might want to look at buying add-ons if you need more data and/or text allowances on your current membership.

Hi. Yes, I've realised that now.
But is there any way to cancel the next membership, as I really don't want to use the Mitch next month.

If you bought a membership in advance which hasn't started yet then contact 48 support and ask them if they can refund it for you:

If you want to buy a particular membership on an ongoing basis then automatic membership renewal may be a good idea:
