I got a sim for my sister who joined and bought membership but I don't see any credit added to my account for the mates rates deals how come?

Did your sister get free credit on her account?

Did you select cash rather than credit payment?

If so then cash is only paid out at specific 3 month intervals.

There was no option for cash or credit when she joined?!

There's no cash option for the joining member.
There is for the donor.
The default is credit not cash.
Did your sister get her free credit?
Maybe the free credit will be paid tomorrow?
If not then contact 48 support.

I also got a s card for my boyfriend who joined lastnite and just bought membership none of them or me have gotten the mates rates credit 😞

Did you definitely order the sims through the Mates Rates page and not just as regular new sims?
Only sims ordered through the Mates Rates page will give free credit.
If you did then contact 48 support as I suggested above.
Only they can explain why no free credit is coming through.
