My sim is locked and I can't remember my pin, I lost the card thing and have no way of finding out my pin what do I do?

Hi

What message is displayed on your screen now?

If it states 'Enter PUK Code' then find your PUK when you log into your My48 page and enter the code on request.

If, after this, you find you still have a problem, contact 48.
