My membership runs out on the 20/6...........but my landline runs out on 21/5..how so...????

Any chance you bought a landline add-on a day into your membership? Add-ons are valid for a month from the day of purchase (or until used up) and are not necessarily aligned with the membership month.

If that doesn't explain it then maybe log a support request asking 48 to explain?
