Are you sure that your new Guido membership has started already or has it stacked until your current membership expires? In that case if you have used up the current membership data allowance then you need to buy and add-on to tide you over. A new membership doesn't start immediately if the current one still has time left to run.
Dial *100*8# to see what your current internet allowance is.

Does everything else work onOK - incoming and outgoing calls and texts?
Do your settings match the ones that I linked to above?
If not then change them.
Is data roaming enabled?
If possible post your settings here for review.
Screenshots are best if possible.
