Internet not working on HTC desire 310

Cant get the internet working on my HTC desire 310, I used the settings and it still will not work can anybody help?

Did you try the online configurator?

The Desire 310 is not listed but maybe try another similar model (Desire 300?) and see if that works.

If not then download the Tweakker APN app over wifi and run it. It normally works.

Remember to enable data roaming.

The tweakker APN app is amazing, sorted my Sony Xperia Z1 one out in seconds after a while of trying to manually configure. Let us know if this helps, Kathrina.
