Hey There!
So far-what methods have you tried? Have you tried 48's Generic settings, that is, exactly how they are listed within the link below?

(After carefully adding and saving the required fields, reboot the device)

Follow the instructions here - they work for all phones:

Some of the other settings on the site are wrong (e.g. those that say to configure Authentication type to PAP or CHAP rather than leaving it blank).
