If I use all my membership can I renue it before the end date. (but I don't want to buy add ons)

I'm on the deal Mitch and me and my family use the internet from my phone from other devices. But can I renue my membership before the due date to get 15gb and texts,calls instead of buying add ons

Memberships always last a month. If you use up allowances before the month is up then you need to buy add-ons to tide you over.

Buying a new membership while you have one active will not kick in immediately - it will kick in when the current one has run its full monthly course.

 

If you are habitually using up allowances on one type of membership then another membership type may be more suitable for you (e.g. Don versus Mitch).
