If I refer friends how can they keep their existing numbers?

Hi,

I want to share my referral link with my friends, but they are currently using other network SIMs. If I refer them, how can they join the 48 network while keeping the same number they are using now? Can you please help me understand the process for booking a SIM while retaining their current number?
