What exactly does your online account say about your membership status, expiry date and calls/texts/data/credit balances?

 

Where does it say that you have free texts and internet?

 

Do calls work? Outgoing and incoming? Do incoming texts work?

 

Remember that topping up (your credit balance) is not the same as buying membership.

Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current membership period?

In case it's relevant bear in mind that if you have used up calls/texts/data/etc. allowances on a current monthly membership then buying a new membership does not kick in immediately - the current membership must still run its course and if you have used up your allowances you may need to buy a suitable add-on.

it says i have internet left says i have 1.73 or something like that and doesnt say anything about messages but i had a sim nd it stopped working so i registered my replacment sim and put 10 euro credit into it for guido deal and it wouldnt work so did it again but still wouldnt work so got the internet add on deal but that wonk work either it says i have membership paid untill 20/08/13 and says i have 3.01 in my balance. i can recieve calls and texts but cant make any calls and texts?
