I topped up my phone with 12.99 from my credit. The website approved the top-up and everything is fine, but calls and internet on my phone aren't working.

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status, expiry date and cash credit balance?

Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming membership plans?

Can you receive calls and send/receive texts? 

When were calls and mobile data working ok last?
