Can you check your 48 online account & see if the money is in your balance...

Also, if your current membership is still active, the one you purchased today will be highlighted in green below the status of that membership on your online account.

That will kick in after your current membership expires.

You are probably well aware that topping & purchasing membership are done in two stages & requires you to act out this process each time you wish to renew membership (if you choose to buy one at a time)

Remember that topping up (your credit balance) is not the same as buying membership or add-ons:

What exactly does your online account say about

 

- membership status and expiry date (for both current and next memberships if applicable)

- expiry date

- cash credit balance

- transactions in the My History section of your account
