Even on account its showing my membership is paid for the month. Plz help

Im the same....topped up 3 hours ago and still cant do anything...on my page says being processed...sick of these problems with 48!!

I can see you figured out you needed to convert the balance into membership.

 

Just topping up does not give you the calls and texts for the month.  You always need to convert it into membership.

 

If you need anything else just let me know.

What's your expiry date and current calls/text balances?
