Standard membership is only available if (a) you were a member before March 5th 2013 and (b) since then you have never purchased any membership other than Standard (or VIP/Don as far as I know). Do you still meet the criteria for being eligible to purchase Standard? If so what is the problem? Does Standard appear on the purchase page? If it does and you select it what happens?

 

Have you logged a support query to ask 48 about this if necessary?

Good news... Seemingly this has changed now and anybody who was a member before March 5th 2013 can now purchase Standard membership even if they have since bought one of the other memberships in the meantime.
