Membership money taken but it didn't renew

A colleague had her membership taken as normal from the bank. However her phone is now disconnected and says she does not have a membership on the app when she logs in. Anyone else have this problem

Thanks for the reply. She is gonna try the chat function at 9am when it is live. Hopefully she gets to deal with a real person as she has no calls or anything.
