What a bummer, cant buy new membership, waiting an hour now on chat for any support, did try many browsers and phones still same issue. I think its time to change to NORMAL network that I can actually reach support in some normal way.

Were you able to make purchases with the same card before?
On 48? On other sites?
Has the card been updated/reissued so that the details have changed?
Shot in the dark but if you have your card registered on your 48 account mabe delete the registered details, re-register them and then try again?
