I bought 10 euro credit in shop and didn't get my guido deal, I thought I would have got it as I did last month please helppppp I need the deal!!!

If you bought €10 credit in a shop then you need to use the voucher to topup your cash credit balance

and then once you have done that you can purchase your membership using your cash credit balance to pay for it - e.g.:
