registering a replacement micro sim instead of a normal sim

I recently got a micro sim instead of my old normal sim and I am trying to register it using my account and also keeping the same number. how do I do it?

If you ordered a replacement then you should be able to register/activated it on your current account/membership via your online account.

 

If you ordered a new SIM then you'll need to log a support query to get 48 to manually move your account etc. over to the new SIM. You should probably quote the new SIM ICCID (the 19 digit + one letter code on the SIM itself).
