It's not really clear from your post what the issue is.
Maybe if you describe it in more detail it would clarify?
What exactly are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong, any error messages, etc.?
Are incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts and mobile data working ok?
If mobile data is a problem then are your APN settings configured correctly?
What exactly is the issue between 0900 and 2300?
What two factor verification are you referring to?

i guess some people have challenges with simple english 'delayer'. i suggest you take time to grasp reality before you sow confusion in oreder to waste more of my time.
ps. i too can read the FAQ's and implement technical instructions but thanks for repeating them to me. I will get on with my life now rather than waste several more hours trying to use a tool designed to facilitate it.
