48 don't provide phones or over the air firmware updates.
You'll have to get them elsewhere - e.g. from the HTC site.

I'm pretty sure that 48 don't do OTA (over the air) firmware updates for any phone.
But log a support request and ask them if you like:
HTC do provide a manual update route for those who cannot get OTA updates.
I don't know if this one is specific to US and not suitable for use in this part of the world?
