Hi I have a HTC one phone wondering when new updates to 4.3 ...5.5 sense will be available to the go conquer network

48 don't provide phones or over the air firmware updates.

You'll have to get them elsewhere - e.g. from the HTC site.

HTC have said the update has been released and contact my provider?

I'm pretty sure that 48 don't do OTA (over the air) firmware updates for any phone.

But log a support request and ask them if you like:

HTC do provide a manual update route for those who cannot get OTA updates.

I don't know if this one is specific to US and not suitable for use in this part of the world?

The HTC Ireland support website doesn't seem to have been updated for a while...
