Unexpected membership plan renewal charge

Hi, I have a question regarding my recent payment.
It looks like money was taken from my account earlier than expected. However, I already paid for two months in advance when we signed up. Could you please clarify why the charge was made prematurely?

Are you sure that you paid for two months when you signed up? 

Or could it be that you paid for one month (€12.99) and also the one-time activation fee (€12.99) = €25.98 in total? 

What does your Transactions page say about previous payments/purchases?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?

Did you register your payment card details on your account and enable membership plan auto-renewal? 

If you think that there's some mistake about membership plan renewal and charging then you'll have to contact 48 support for assistance.
