Got new sim now cant do anything???

Ordered a replacement a sim as my old one was faulty, that was all well and good and my new one arrived but as soon as i activated my new sim i cant make calls or texts and have no access to internet! I activated my sim Friday the 3rd of january and my Don membership took effect the 2nd of january. It is saying i have paid membership but i have no landline mins or any data what do i do?? Thanks in advance for any help

You mean your online account says current membership = Don and expiry date is 2nd Feb 2014 but says you have no landline call mins or data?

 

As above I guess that you will need 48 support on the case to sort this out.
