Disconnecting coverage

Hi ! Since I joined with 48 it's says on my phone that I have full bars of coverage when I am in an area with good coverage but yet my message doesn't send. This is extremely aggravating as I think an important message has sent but it has failed and I don't notice as it says Iv coverage ? Also someone will try and contact me and they cannot get through even though it says on my phone that I have coverage and am not in a bad area with no coverage . I then have to repeatedly turn on and off airoplane mode . This is becoming very annoying and not efficient . Is there anything ye can do with this on going problem? Paula

When did you join 48?

Was it always like this or did it start at some particular time?

Are you sure that your phone is not at fault? Can you try another one?
