eSim - how to get code without coverage from 48

Hi, my iPhone SE is looking for an eSim and as 48 does not provide them, I am looking for a new provider. But to get an eSim, a code has to be sent to the phone and due to no coverage, I am unable to receive it. Has anyone had any issues with this or any solutions? Thanks

You'll have to ask the eSIM provider about this and how to get the code if you don't already have coverage on three phone.
