I have asked for a configuration message from tweaked as I can't send texts or mms. I have credit. I put in the correct phone number my package was just renewed yesterday. Samsung Galaxy s5.

Right ok. Could you have re-registered my cash payment? Although it said I had 10€ cash on my phone it wasn't enabled or something

You'd have to ask 48 support about that.

That's what I did. And it's sorted now so all is well.
