Mobile data not working after switch from Android to iPhone

I’ve recently changed my sim from an Android to an iPhone and the mobile data doesn’t work. I’ve tried manually changing the APN. It didn’t work. I’ve tried texting 50048 but didn’t receive a configuration notification.

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

Are calls and texts working? 

What happens when you text "APN" to 50048?

You should always get some sort of response from it.

I have signal bars.

When I make a call, it says that my membership has run out even though I have an active membership.

My texts don’t deliver.

When I text APN to 50048, I receive a message from 1749 stating "From 48. We are sending you the updated APN settings. When you receive the notification on your phone, click on the configuration message, enter the PIN 1234 if requested and choose save/install settings. For more detailed steps please see here on48.ie/APNSettingsGuide". And then I receive no notification.

That all sounds very odd and I haven't seen anything like that posted here before.

You'll probably have to contact 48 support for assistance with this so.
