Hi, I sent a complaint to you yesterday- I'm just wondering if you could send your reply reply to this address as my original email address is down at the minute .

If you logged a support request/complaint then you should reply to that and not on the public forum.

In any case it's not a great idea to post your email address in a public forum like this.

Also I suspect that 48 can only reply on the email address registered for your account and not any other one due to data protection rules etc.
