Hi all, I moved my son to the 12.99 payment plan, but the option for gifting a payment doesn’t work. I’ve checked with 48 and my bank. 48 took my money out of my bank account for 2 months but no payment was made on my sons account for those 2 months. Either that or I was charged double when I paid for my own plan but I think it must be because the gifting a plan option isn’t working properly. Anyone else find this?

I used the Gift Shop to buy my son's plan recently and it worked fine as usual.

Just to clarify that if I was charged double on my own plan, only 1 plan was paid for ie. only 1 payment is showing in my account. So I’m here trying to figure out what happened, why 48 took the payment and it’s not showing up anywhere, on my sons account or on my account.

Nobody here on the Community Forum is going to have any visibility into your account to explain this. 

You'll have to pursue it with 48 support.

Sorry for asking again but do u think the option for making single once off payments working correctly? That’s how I pay my own, but as I say 2 payments from 48 came out of my account. Just want to know if anyone take found this happening to them, double amounts being taken and only one being paid

I just used the Gift Store right now to gift my son a new membership plan and it worked fine. 

As I said several times you need to contact 48 support for assistance with your payment issue.
