Hi. I contact 48 via online chat on homepage and tried to cancel my contract 2 weeks ago, because I'm leaving EU zone for 2 months and cannot use it any more. However, I still received a bill on my credit card this morning, indicating that the cancellation didn't workout. Please suggest how to cancel the contract it properly? As I have been out of EU zone days before the new billing month, the new bill isn't reasonable at all. Please also advice how to make a formal complaint and get a refund. Thank you.
