Hi I've a bill phone with three and trying to change over. Won't let me or give me any reason why.. Anyone got any thoughts?

You mean three won't release your number allowing it to be ported to 48?
Have you settled your bill and are you out of contract?
If not then they may not release your number.
If so then you need to get onto three and ask them why they won't release your number.
Remember that if your phone is locked to Three then you need to get it unlocked to use it on 48.
