Did you order a new micro SIM here?
If so then when you get it DON'T register it here:
http://48months.ie/register-sim
but instead log a support request here:
http://help.48months.ie/requests/new
asking 48 support to transfer your existing account, membership, credit and number to the micro SIM.
If you ordered a repacement SIM here:
http://www.48months.ie/help/losthandset
then this happens automatically and your online account should tell you what (if anything) to do.
Another alternative is to just get your mini SIM cut to micro SIM size - you can do this yourself (carefully), with a special cutting tool or get a phone shop to do it.
One other option is to just order a nano SIM and then use a nano to micro or nano to mini SIM converter - e.g. I have seen these for sale for about a fiver in Dublin city centre (e.g. GSM Solutions on Upper Abbey Street - no vested interest other than as a passing customer).
Hope this helps.
