New Micro SIM on account

Hi :

 

Got a new SIM from 48.Activated it.My brother tried to cut the normal SIM into a micro SIM and has now misplaced it. I need a new MICRO sim on my account.Unable to order a new one or contact an agent.

 

When I try to change my SIM , I get the following message :

We are unable to order a new SIM for you, please contact a 48 agent for more information.

 

When I try to contact an agent , I get the following message :

Sorry! Not possible to log into the support site. Try again later or contact an agent

 

Kind of chicken and egg situation. The number I wanted to port to 48 is not working too. So I don't have a working mobile.

 

Please help.Suggest alternate methods.I could PM my landline number, if this is any good to you.

Try anothre browser or device to access the support page.
