Changed phone, new sim, still waiting

Hi, if anyone can help it would be appreciated.

 

I got a new phone for christmas and it's unlocked. I also got a new sim card from 48.

 

I followed the steps to change sim but keep my previous number. I did  this christmas day and I'm still waiting with the message

 

Hang tough: we are moving your number to 48

It can take up to three hours to move your number to 48. When you lose your old network signal pop your new 48 SIM in your phone.

You should log a support query to ask 48 support about this.

 

How to get help

 

Their hours were restricted on Christmas Day and St. Stephens' Day but I think that they are back to normal now.
