Cant make calls

I keep getting told to "go to my corner" when trying to make a call, but I'm paid up until next month, what is the problem?

What does your online membership say about your membership type, status, expiry date and mobile calls, landline calls, texts and data balances? Any chance you used up your membership bundled calls and need to buy an add-on?

Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current monthly membership?

If neither of these apply then you might want to log a support request to get 48 to look into the problem.
